Michael transitioned from a successful career as an attorney at a large New York City law firm to pursue his passion for real estate and to move "down the shore” to be closer to his family.
Michael provides service to the Atlantic County real estate market, with particular expertise in Linwood, Northfield, Margate, Ventnor, and Longport. As an active real estate investor, and buoyed by his legal training, Michael is a skilled negotiator and finds creative solutions for his clients in even the most complicated transactions. Harnessing his large network of contacts, Michael focuses on relationship marketing to give his clients the highest level of exposure to the top tier market drivers.
He is a strong community advocate and serves on several not-for-profit boards, and charitable organizations. With a nod to his meaningful community support and successful start-up business, Michael was recently named to AC Weekly’s Top 40 Under 40 (for business professionals and community leaders).
After living in Ventnor and Linwood, Michael currently resides in Margate, with his wife (who was born and raised in Margate) and their three children.

Meet the Team
Fred has been an owner and developer of real estate in Southern New Jersey and along the Jersey Shore for over thirty years. From residential properties in Longport to commercial centers in Egg Harbor Township, Fred knows how to make it happen. He has spent a great deal of time on Zoning Boards, providing him with a
firm foundation in residential and commercial land use.
Fred is also a small business owner with roots in the area since 1976. As a small business owner and real estate agent, he has the contacts and a team of experts to ensure sales go smoothly. Fred has an affinity for renovations and rehabs. He has always been well known for finding great potential and character in numerous
projects, both residential & commercial.
Living in Longport with his wife, just minutes from his granddaughters in Margate, Fred is actively involved with real estate and its potentials and values in the best place to be, “The Jersey Shore”.
Farah is a third-generation resident of southern New Jersey. She was born and raised locally in Margate. Farah became interested in real estate at an early age, learning from her grandfather and father who started a land development company in the 1950s and eventually became one of New Jersey’s largest private land owners.
Farah left Atlantic County to attend Boston University and, after college, spent several years living and working in Manhattan in the Interior Design industry. Farah has a sharp eye for detail and home design. Farah has also used her talents to successfully invest in and renovate homes throughout New Jersey. She gained valuable experience working with contractors and vendors to renovate houses from start to finish.
As a Margate native (who also lived in Ventnor and Linwood) and mother of three young children, Farah is extremely “in the know” about the local housing market and surrounding communities including schools, dining, entertainment and local activities. Farah is an active member of the community – she serves on the Board of Jewish Family Services and she recently received one of the area’s Young Leadership awards. Farah utilizes her interior design, construction and family real estate experiences to find, negotiate, envision and settle her clients into the full-time or vacation home of their dreams.
